Experiment in Blogging

I am always quite sure that the things I'm going to try on the computer have no way of working! Somehow I always think that they only work for other people :oP Seriously, this whole computering stuff just seems like magic to me, hahaha--you do very simple things and amazing things happen--don't ask me how!! See...I am a dork! lol But, I just go ahead and give it the old college try anyways...so here goes.......

The Dance Line Team my daughter is in did a performance at the Spirit Valley Days celebrations this year. I tested out my new camera's video capabilities (which worked just fine! yeah) and now let's see if it can be seen on here.........

She's the cute little blondish one who is off to the left and a little behind the lead center gal through most of the tape and ends up right behind the lead gal at the end. Enjoy!

I just finished watching the video on my blog!! Yeah, it actually worked--I'm so proud **grin**

I'm the same as you in how amazing technology is. Its only these last 10 years technologies gone crazy with mobile phones, broadband, digital camera, making video's on your camera...

Its funny as I remember having polaroid camera's and having one computer in the classroom but we were never aloud to use it... now its a whole new ball game.

I feel like an old person at 27 lol... in my day :P

How fun!!! I'm really liking this new camera of yours, it's pretty fancy. I've had the same one for a few years now, pretty old by industry standards, but it still works for me!

Hi !!
Thanks for visiting me. I was reading a few of your posts and saw the cute SC in the shadow box/frame. SO SWEET. I have computer problems and am STILL learning about blogging. I also see you are a MN gal! Lets visit again.

How clever you are. I try to keep tabs on this computer techno stuff but it all moves so fast and the young ones seem born knowing how to do it. Loved the cheerleading.

The video works fine and your daughter's dance team looks fabulous. I always hold my breath when adding things like video clips and music to my blog. I've failed a few times but am always tickled when it actually works.

Wow - I don't even remember being that young LOL! Your daughter did a great job - you must be so proud of her!

As far as computers are concerned - eh, as long as they work I'm a happy girl!

So cute! They did great!
That brings back fond memories. I was on drill team...a little different than dance but we jazzed it up a bit. LOL

I'm told my camera will take mini movies (30 or 60 seconds) but I have yet to figure it out.

Kimberly :)
