Which one do you like?

Hi friends!! The painting is all done! The wood is all stripped! The trim is all trimmed! Yeah, we have a couple of threshold pieces to install and a shelf to put up---and then it's time to mop the floor and move in the furniture. I'm so excited! I will take pics and show off either tomorrow or the next day.
We have a big snow storm coming in so we may spend the day going grocery shopping and preparing for it. The kids are off school this week for spring break, so we must have lots of food on hand....better bake up some brownies huh?!
I have been thinking about opening another Etsy shop for vintage finds--you know, linens and laces and cool old things I run across in my treasure hunting--and craft supplies. There are some in my shop right now, but I'm not sure I'm happy mixing them in with my hand mades? I'd be happy to hear any comments or thoughts you may have about this. Is it OK to have them mixed or should I go ahead and work on a seperate shop?? Help me my wise friends!! Do you guys read Ginny's blog iSew ?? She is getting married in a couple weeks and has been preparing for a real crafty/handmade wedding!! It's so exciting. She is making her own dress--which is impressive as heck to me! lol And it's turning out gorgeous! Plus she has been hard at it making all sorts of wonderful things for the tables and guests....you should really stop by and check it out!
Do you ever do this....make up a batch of things that are all a variation of one thing? I haven't had much time for crafting this week--due to the remodelling and the kids--but I did sit one day and do up a cute little magnet with a flying bird. I liked it so well that I decided to do one up in a different color, and then another, and then another, and then another, etc! LOL I ended up with 6 of them, each a little different than the next. It's kinda fun--try it! So which one do you like best??

I do indeed read Ginny's blog and her wedding dress and preparations are exquisite. I'm quite enjoying hearing about her process as things move along.

What lovely things you've made. Since I'm not a seller, I haven't any advice as to how best to put them on Etsy. As a buyer, it wouldn't bother me to have them mixed in to your handmade things as then I'd see all you offered at the same place without having to jump over to another link.

I also read Ginny's blog. I know planning a wedding is stressful enough, I don't know how she is making some many things. I made the bridesmaids and flowergirl dress for my wedding, but didn't dare try to make MY dress!

I love your magnets. My favorite is the second one down.

As for a new store, I think it would be a good idea, then people can focus on your wonderful handmade items in one store and go to the other if they want the vintage pieces!

Oh wait, I meant my favorite is the 3rd one down. I like that it is simple, clear to see the bird really well and has one little music note.

Birds? A FAVORITE bird? Oh, no, they are birds--they are ALL my favorite! :)
As far as your shop goes--you could just put all your pretty (and I do mean pretty!) vintage items in one place in your shop and those interested can go to that "department."
It's dangerous when I visit your shop--I want just about everything I see! LOL!
Have a lovely day!

Those are so cute! Thanks for posting the photos. Maybe one of these days I'll try something like that . . .

I can't decide which one I like best so feel free to send all of them. :) I could have one in every room of the house and maybe on my rear view mirror. hmmmmmm.

I can't wait for my bag holder to get here. I'm so excited. I wonder if Patrick gets tired of hearing me talk about it? LOL

About your shop, I personally like it all mixed up because it's always a fun surprise to find the items available that you are putting in your art. I've been on a vintage linen binge this week. You'd think I won the lottery I got so excited about my new .50cent pillowcases. It's like a whole new bedroom. lol

Ok...I do go on, don't I?

They are so cute! I like all of them. Sorry, not much help there. About Etsy....I like a verity in a shop, so I would mix it up. I mentioned your blog and Etsy site in my post today. Thanks for the mini on your page, I love the treasures I found there.

Hi Misseskwitty,
I think you should just put all your items in the same shop. I don't mind that at all. It would cause you less trouble too.
Can't help you out on the bird choice, I love them all.

Congratulations on getting the floor done! That went by quickly (at least for me, but I didn't have to live with it). Would love to see the finished pics.

That's a really unfair question, you know. As I was scrolling down the list, I kept saying, "oh! this one is DEFINITELY my favorite" only to repeat it a second later. I can see why you did so many; it's a wonderful little theme, and the papers and colors and motif you put together are incredible.

Are they in your shop? I need to come see what's for sale because I need to get my favorite aunt a mother's day present.

I'll have to stop by Isew and see what's up! LOVE the little magnets, and that Pinky one is just calling to me! Be careful with the snow storms! We're supposed to have rough storms here, too, so maybe we should all just batten down the hatches and chill for the weekend.

Artie! Quick! Come here! Here...take my wallet... Mrs. Kwitty is thinking about another Etsy shop!

Every one of these is great. I vote for the first one, if only for that little splash of pink off to the left. But I can see why you got carried away making them ... just wonderful!

Those magnets are beautiful. My favourite is the first one, but it was a tough choice.

I have been following Ginny's wedding prep and am astounded at the details she is adding plus making her dress. Amazing! Maybe I should tell her that, I usually just lurk hehe.

p.s. I'm so glad you found my blog and good luck on the giveaway!

I love those!!! I think the third is my favorite.

I heard Duluth's USPS didn't deliver mail Friday...wow! It's time for this winter to be done.

Go ahead and sell them all in one place, just give the vintage finds their own section.
I love all your birds, so cute, no favorites!!!
Off to read Ginny's blog...

Oh my, how does one choose when they're all so delightful?! Very dangerous ... far too tempting :)

Great job! I love them all. If I had to chose just one, ummmm.... the third one from the top!

I just can't decide which one I like best. It's a tough choice for me.

That's really sweet of you to mention my craziness in planning/making my wedding. Just today I finished off my dress enough that all I need to do is embellish it with beads & crystals. Phew, that was some work!
