Where's my Bloggy Mojo?

Hello! Remember me? lol Can someone help me find my blogging mojo? I seem to have lost it! Heck...I've even lost my crafting mojo, it's a mess over here!

Dirty Bird

I'm so ready to get back into the swing of things again. Today I have another appointment with my orthopedic doctor and hopefully he can get me back in shape...I've had such a problem with my legs the last 3 months which has made it impossible for me to get down to my studio or even stand and walk for more than 10 minutes at a time. Sucks. Seems we treat one problem and another pops up!

~~~~Joe and my Uncle Paul on Joe's Confirmation~~~~
My brother Paul is still battling the cancer and is not having very good time of it--but we are not giving up hope! Keep on praying for him, his miracle is only a prayer away.
~~~~Dad with some of his bros and sis'! ~~~~~

Something wonderful did happen since I spoke to you last though....my Dad came for a visit! I hadn't physically seen my Dad for 13 years! LOL He is so worried about Paul and just felt he needed to come and spend some time with him. We had such a wonderful visit...he stayed for a week and we ended up having lots of get-togethers with family (my Dad is the oldest boy of 17 kids) so lots of Aunts and Uncles and cousins and all that. His visit actually coincided with our son Joe making his Confirmation--that was on the last day of Dad's visit! It was such a treat to have him here. Now I miss him more than ever!

~~~~Dad and Me and the Bros! ~~~~ (that's Paul right next to me) Oh...and by the way, my apparent fatness in this pic is an optical illusion produced by standing next to 3 over 6' skinny guys! LOL I'm actually a little slip of a gal! (haha)
glad you're back, was worried about you knowing the difficulties your brother is having. Hope you are feeling back to your lovely self and crafting again soon.
I've not forgotten your brother Paul; he is still in my thoughts and prayers. How great that your father was able to visit. You have a wonderful-looking family.
Karen, I'm so happy to see you back. I'm sorry to hear about your legs. I hope they can find some relief fro you soon. You know the same thing happens when I stand by my 6' brothers. I just can't understand why I look so short and dumpy when I am really tall and svelte!!
You've had a lot going on but I've been thinking about you and your family. I'm glad your family had a nice time visiting after such a long time apart. :)
I was wondering how your brother was doing. I like your saying that a miracle is just a prayer away. I'm sorry to hear you've had some problems too. It looks like it was a nice visit with your dad, and yes he does look like Mr. Pickles ;-) Hope you had a blessed Mothers Day.
Hugs,
Lallee
