Old Fashioned Valentine close-up

Hello Readers. I made an old fashioned Valentine. I haven't made something like this for a good many years. It is very victorian feeling, which is not my usual style, but it is a style that I enjoy. I got a sheet of vintage images printed out on fabric from Leslie at Alpha Stamps (a great shop, btw, you should really stop by and check it out!), and I just got the urge to make something pretty and pink! I think it turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself *lol*. I have it listed in my Etsy shop if anyone is interested.

I'm teetering on the brink of switching over to the new layout on this blogger--it has all the cool features that are supposed to make editting so much easier. BUT I just read that it will erase all the changes that I've already made to my blog. That is such a drag! So, I'm still debating on whether or not I want to go and switch and then try and re-submit all the sidebar goodies.....hmmm... Has anyone else done this yet? I would appreciate a little discussion on this issue, if you would care to share your thoughts. Pretty Please??

LOVE the new piece!

I switched to the new blogger and I was worried that I would lose all my stuff. I have a custom template and I just new it was going to zap it. Well, it didn't! In fact, I didn't lose anything! I don't have a lot of the new cool features because of the custom work, but I'm okay with that.

Cynthia at cmguajardo.blogspot.com said she had some trouble so I don't know. But, I didn't have any so good luck with whatever you do!

Still recovering from all those millions of holiday sales? :)

Thanks Pinky!! I popped over to your blog real quick, and it all looks pretty much the same to me, all your cool stuff!! Thanks for the reply, I think I am just going to go for it. I like the idea of being able to move things around with ease and editting with a click instead of waiting for the whole blogger dashboard to load up (I am on dial-up you know, and it takes forever!)

LOL to the millions of sales!! Yeah, it gets pretty tiresome finding places to bury all this MONEY! lol Though, I am grateful for the wonderful business, for sure!

Hugs!! Karen
